Meet the Team

Nicole has been in the dental field since 2008. She is a registered dental hygienist and a certified dental assistant, but she has been serving our office since 2016 in operations. Nicole networks with dental office managers around the entire country. She enjoys the endless opportunity that she has been given to help create a culture that focuses on continuous improvements for the team and for the patient experience. When away from the office, Nicole  likes trying new restaurants, being outdoors, hiking the White Mountains, and spending time with her friends and family.

Brittney joined Perfect Smiles in 2013. She began working in the dental field in 2012 after completing her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Since then, Brittney has completed additional training for dental lasers, pediatric dental care, and sedation dentistry. She says that the best part of her job is advancing her team members so that they can serve their patients better. While away from work, Brittney enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband and two little boys. They enjoy traveling together and making memories to last a lifetime. She also loves learning about health and wellness. Brittney even teaches yoga in our community!

Tiffany began her dental career in 2005 as a dental assistant. Tiffany joined the Perfect Smiles team in 2013. The best part of her her role in the office is helping others and being a part of an amazing work family. Away from the office, Tiffany likes to make memories and spend time with her high school sweetheart, her teen son Chase, and their dog.

Karissa has been helping our dental patients since 2009. She started working at Perfect Smiles behind the scenes transferring X-rays from an old software to a new one. She worked her way up through the company to her current position overseeing the insurance and billing department. Perfect Smiles offers endless room for growth, and Karissa has learned so much over the years. In her free time, Karissa enjoys snowboarding, camping, yoga, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jessica will always be here for her patients ensuring they have the best dental experience possible. She’s been helping patients since 2002. Jessica is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She loves being able to connect with patients and become a small part of their lives. It is her privilege to help every person who walks through our door. She also loves the team she works with as a second family. In her free time, Jessica enjoys going to the beach and spending quality time with her four stepchildren and several dogs.

Deveny has a background in bookkeeping for her families business and joined our billing department team. She enjoys working for a company that values both the customers and the team members. Deveny especially likes helping others whether that be patients or the team. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and being a sports mom for her two children.

Kendra is a registered dental assistant certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She also has her Dental Assistant National Board certifications in Infection Control and Radiology.  She began her career in 2011.  As a Patient Advocate and Dental Assistant, You can find Kendra either at the Front Desk or working clinically with the doctors. When she’s not making your dental experience better, Kendra enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, and spending time with friends and family- especially her fiancé and little girl.

Kim has been working in the dental field since 1988, and joined the Perfect Smiles team in 2017. Kim has a medical transcription certificate as well as an AADOM (An Association Dedicated to Dental Office Management) membership. At her core, Kim simply loves helping people, and Perfect Smiles is a great office to work at and receive care from. She believes that The Perfect Smiles Team stands out from the rest – because we genuinely care. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, traveling, and listening to music.

Destiny has many years of customer service experience, joining the Perfect Smiles Team as a Patient Advocate Lead. She has a passion for helping others and loves being able to connect with patents and team in need. When not at work, Destiny loves spending time with her family boyfriend, and busy daughter Summer. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, crafting, traveling, and giving back to the community.

Sheila is a certified restorative functions dental assistant who began her career in 1999. She later joined our team in 2004. Sheila loves that dentistry is continuously changing. It is gratifying for Sheila to be able to learn alongside her team to provide the best possible care for patients. She also loves getting a sincere thank-you from her patients, co-workers, and doctors. It means a lot to be appreciated! In her spare time, Sheila loves making memories with her love, her friends, her family, and her little girl Gemma. She enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking, and leaving her footprints wherever she can.

Rebekah loves helping patients transform their smile and advancing the dental assistant team. Before joining Perfect Smiles, she was a graduate of the Diman Vocational Dental Assistant 3 Year Program. She has her Infection Control, Radiology, and General Chair-side certifications with The Dental Assisting National Board. She has been doing just that since 2014. In her free time, Rebekah enjoys hiking, shopping, and spending time with her husband and dog Summit.

Yazlyn joined our team in 2015 from the Diman Dental Assisting Vocational High School 3 year program. In addition to her Dental Assistant National Board Certifications, Yazlyn is trained in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She loves being able to make people feel more confident in their smile. She sends her free time with her husband, son, and daughter.

Britney enjoys making people feel good about their smile and boosting their confidence! She has been doing this work since 2004 and joined our team at Perfect Smiles in 2012. Britney has her Dental Assistant National Board Infection Control and Radiology Certificate. Britney loves the summertime, camping, and all sorts of outdoor activities with her family and friends. Britney and her husband have two busy little girls together.

Hailey is a Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School’s Dental Assistant Three Year Program Graduate. She has her Dental Assistant National Board Certificate in Infection Control and Radiology.  Hailey’s favorite part of being a dental assistant is helping patients feel at ease while they in her care.  When she is not at work excelling, you can find her playing softball, shopping, and with friends, family and her dog, Boston.

Crystal loves making a difference in people’s lives and helping them improve their oral health. Seeing patients change for the better is a great reward, and Crystal has been doing that since she entered the dental field in 2004. She joined our team 10 years later and says that the best part of her role in the office is getting to know her patients. Crystal is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and giving local anesthesia. In her free time, Crystal enjoys exercising, adventuring and writing for her The Kid Friendly New England Blog,  and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.

Kim has been working her way up in the dental field since 2011. She began as a CDA graduate from Greater New Bedford Voc. in 2012 then attended Cape Cod Community College, where she became an RDH in 2016. She continued to Mount Ida College, where she earned a BS degree in dental hygiene. Kim loves educating patients about their oral health and helping people become confident in their smiles. She especially enjoys getting to know her patients and being an educator at Bristol Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program. Kim was the 2016 recipient of the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence. She also speaks fluent Portuguese. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her longtime boyfriend, Tyler, and their pug. She loves going to the beach, shopping, trying new restaurants, and having a good time with her friends.

Nicole loves helping patients in any way she can. She has been working in the dental field since 2002 and joined our team at Perfect Smiles in 2010. Nicole is certified in radiology, Zoom Whitening and GLO Whitening systems, CPR, and ACLS. She continues her education by taking additional courses throughout the year. Nicole loves helping patients build their self-confidence, improve their smile, and help them overcome dental anxiety. She also finds value in educating patients in the importance of oral health and its role in their overall health. In other words, she’s saving lives! When she’s not in the office, Nicole likes to spend time with her husband and two little girls. She is also a big Boston sports fan! Go Celtics, Bruins, Red Sox, and Patriots!

Kaitlyn started her career in 2011 as a Dental Assistant, before her continuing her education in Dental Hygiene. She completed hygiene at Mount Ida College in Newton, MA and received her bachelors degree. She says she loves being a Dental Hygienist because she enjoys making her patient experience a comfortable one. She loves the challenge of making sure that her patients teeth and gums are healthy so that they can last them a lifetime. She finds fulfillment when her patients come back saying they have seen or have felt improvements and are less apprehensive at each visit. When not at Perfect Smiles Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has grown to love being outdoors, sightseeing, and traveling.
