Nicole has been in the dental field since 2002. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist and a Certified Dental Assistant with a degree in Health Sciences. She has been serving our office since 2016, overseeing quality, team culture, and business operations. In search of best practices, Nicole travels and networks with dental teams around the country. She enjoys creating new opportunities for team development, is appreciative of the resources that she has to improve team culture, and focuses her time on continuous improvements for the team and for the patient experience. Qualities that describe her are purposeful, forward-thinking and growth focused. When away from the office, Nicole enjoys health and wellness activities such as aerial yoga and meditation practices, hiking the White Mountains, mountain biking, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Executive Assistant
Brittany is one of a kind and does it all at Perfect Smiles. Her love for our enthusiastic culture at Perfect Smiles shines through her care and concern for the team everyday. She is a true team player willing to do anything it takes for the greater good of all. She supports business administration and is an everyday team resource. If you follow us on social media, you will see all of the fun culture days and celebrations that she personalizes and plans. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, yoga, breath-work, meditation and spending time with her bossy little dog Delilah.

Brittney graduated from the Diman Dental Assisting program in 2017 and has accumulated five years of experience in the dental field, splitting her time between dental assisting and front desk responsibilities including patient and insurance billing. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing, specializing in social media. Brittney has a passion for helping others and organizing the impact our team has in our local communities. Outside of work, Brittney enjoys spending time with longterm boyfriend, her French bulldog, Lilo, and has a passion for singing.

Lead Patient Advocate
Tiffany began her dental career in 2005 as a dental assistant and has been on the team since 2013.
She loves our enthusiastic culture at Perfect Smiles and enjoys helping the team in any way possible. She addresses our team as "work family" and leads the team to treat patients as they would their own friends and family. She is a true team player willing to do anything it takes for the greater good of the team and patient care.
She loves assisting patients in reaching their dental goals by maximizing their insurance and establishing a treatment plan that financially works for their budget. Patients and staff alike can always count on Tiff for a great conversation that usually ends with a good laugh. Qualities that best describe her are dependable, humorous, and motherly. Away from the office, Tiffany likes to make memories spending time with her high school sweetheart, teen son, and their dog.

Yazlyn joined our team in 2015 from the Diman Dental Assisting Vocational High School 3 year program. In addition to her Dental Assistant National Board Certifications, Yazlyn is trained in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She loves being able to make people feel more confident in their smile. She spends her free time with her children.

Sr. Lead Certified Dental Assistant
Sheila is a certified restorative functions dental assistant who began her career in 1999. She later joined our team in 2004, so she has been on the team close to two decades. Sheila loves that dentistry is continuously changing. Sheila's role at Perfect Smiles is the leader of the dental assistant team in training other dental assistants. She has received the highest training and skill set a dental assistant can achieve by completing the restorative functions certification. This certification combined with her over 20+ years of dental experience makes her a dental assistant expert in dental procedures and knowledge. Two qualities that describe Sheila are adventurous and family-oriented. She therefore enjoys spending time with her fiance, young daughter, family and friends. During her down time she can be found practicing yoga, hiking, gardening, cooking and traveling. She is also proficient in Portuguese and takes pride in her Portuguese heritage.

"Cardy" is the first person to greet you warmly when you walk into the Seekonk office. Once you meet Cardy, you will not forget his southern charm. With a study and background in communications and hospitality, he takes pride in making patients feel welcomed and at home. He always has a big smile and graciously shares his positive energy. Cardy enjoys exercising in his spare time and cooking for others. He can also be found hiking and spending time outdoors.

Myranda is the kindest person you will see first when you walk into the Westport Office. She is genuinely compassionate and has a warm calmness to her. Chances are, if you call our office, Taylor will be the friendly cheerful voice answering the phone. She has years of costumer service experience and takes pride in her positive patient support. She enjoys time with her fiance and their son Julian. As a family, they love basketball, parks, and spending time with family. Her work history has led her to be a compassionate, cheerful, and sweet team member that lights up any room she is in.

Christine has spent six years as a certified dental assistant, complemented by many years of customer service experience. Her journey in the dental field is driven by her desire to help people, particularly through patient interaction, which she finds incredibly fulfilling. Christine lived in Kentucky for many years before moving back to Massachusetts, which adds a unique touch to her background and her hospitality that they brings to our team. In her free time, Christine enjoys exercising, which she describes as her favorite activity. She loves animals and has a soft spot for her dog, Lola. In her spare time, she assists with saving dogs from unhealthy shelters, in fact she has helped to save hundreds of dogs.

Jess has been in the dental field since 2002 and has been on the team for close to a decade.
She takes pride in being knowledgeable for her team and her patients and even has her Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certificate. Jessica is always here for her patients ensuring they have the best dental experience possible. She loves being able to connect with patients and her team, and is known for graciously giving out hugs which has an office inside name inside joke. During her free time, Jessica enjoys going to the beach and spending quality time with her childhood sweetheart, four stepchildren and dogs.

Vanessa is what we call a Little Compton, RI and Westport, MA "townie". Not only is Vanessa great at maximizing your dental benefits and coordinating your care, she will become a friend. She most likely will become someone you go to for answers regarding your care. She is naturally out-going, personable, and loving to all she comes in contact with. In her free time Vanessa enjoys singing, being outdoors, and spending time with her family, friends, and her funny sweet little girl Braylee.

Kim has been working in the dental field since 1988, and joined the Perfect Smiles team in 2017. Kim has a medical transcription certificate as well as an AADOM (An Association Dedicated to Dental Office Management) membership. At her core, Kim simply loves helping people, and believes that the Perfect Smiles team is very different from most she has worked with in the past, because of the genuine care we work hard together to deliver. In the office you can find Kim laughing with patients, enjoying a quick-witted joke with the team, or finding a connection with a patient to assist them with their dental anxieties. She is full of team spirit and compassion for people. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, traveling, camping, and listening to music.

Melissa's journey in the dental industry began as a Dental Assistant from 2008. She earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification. Her dedication and hard work led her to become an Dental Office Manager, where she honed her leadership skills and gained valuable insights into practice management. Following her time in dentistry, Melissa ventured into real estate, specializing in luxury properties and new construction developments. Her success in this field is notable. Melissa is not only a professional but also an animal advocate with a house full of fur babies—five dogs and three cats. She is committed to treating patients holistically, believing in the importance of "treating the person, not just the teeth." We like to thonk that Melissa is what you would call someone as having a "down to earth" personality.

Sandra is a dedicated and versatile dental professional with a wealth of experience in both clinical and administrative roles. She has developed a passion for helping patients and a keen eye for organization and systems. Sandra's journey in dentistry began as an administrative assistant in Boston, where she quickly proved her adaptability by becoming a one-person team managing multiple aspects of practice operations. Her experience spans front desk duties including insurance and billing procedures.
With a background in business administration and a love for numbers, Sandra brings a unique blend of skills to our team. She is personable, sweet, honest, funny, and professional, with a particular talent with math. Sandra enjoys a variety of activities outside of work, including playing and watching sports, cooking, baking, reading, and exploring new coffee places. Sandra's genuine care for patient education and her desire to inform people about the importance of dental health set her apart. She is passionate about helping patients understand the long-term implications of dental care and the risks associated with neglecting oral health.

Brandy has over 15 years of expertise in handling administrative procedures in billing, and providing patients with financial estimates to best utilize their dental insurances. She is known for her personable and friendly demeanor, and is empathetic towards patients striving to work with her team to create a welcoming experience. Brandy is a proud mother of two daughters and has a beloved cat named Izzy. She enjoys nature, which reflects her positive and compassionate personality. An interesting fact about her is that she collects sea glass, showcasing her creative side.

CY brings a valuable decade of banking experience and is enthusiastically transitioning into the dental field, inspired by his personal connection through his fiancé who is Steph our Clinical Director. Over the years, he has demonstrated excellent team-building abilities, actively engaging in team events and community service with our team- even before joining us! He describes himself as passionate, committed, and ambitious, with a compassionate approach to patient care rooted in empathy. His diverse interests, including Pokémon, singing, and a broad appreciation for music and movies, highlight his well-rounded and personable nature.

Nicole loves helping patients in any way she can. She has been working in the dental field since 2002 and joined our team at Perfect Smiles in 2010. Nicole is certified in radiology, Zoom Whitening and GLO Whitening systems, CPR, and ACLS. She continues her education by taking additional courses throughout the year. Nicole loves helping patients build their self-confidence, improve their smile, and help them overcome dental anxiety. She also finds value in educating patients in the importance of oral health and its role in their overall health. In other words, she’s saving lives! When she’s not in the office, Nicole likes to spend time with her husband and two little girls. She is also a big Boston sports fan! Go Celtics, Bruins, Red Sox, and Patriots!

Kerrie is a natural communicator who is great with both patients and team members alike. She is a Massachusetts real estate agent, a mother of 3 grown children, and a lover of summer and boating. She can be found spending as much time as she can boating or on the coast in her free time.

As a mother of two active boys, she enjoys having numerous outings with her family, being outside, traveling, and getting lost in a good book.

"Ali" was a Diman High School Dental Assistant Program Graduate who had joined us early in her career. Ali is a compassionate high achiever who strives everyday to care for her patines as if they are her own family members. She has a soft understanding approach that our team and patients really enjoy about her. She is enthusiastic, empathetic, and always eager to learn. She has worked at achieving her degree to apply to Dental School to become a Dentist. Outside of her career she and her highschool sweet enjoy hikes and adventures outdoors.

Kaitlyn started her career in 2011 as a Dental Assistant, before her continuing her education in Dental Hygiene. She completed hygiene at Mount Ida College in Newton, MA and received her bachelors degree. She says she loves being a Dental Hygienist because she enjoys making her patient experience a comfortable one. She loves the challenge of making sure that her patients teeth and gums are healthy so that they can last them a lifetime. She finds fulfillment when her patients come back saying they have seen or have felt improvements and are less apprehensive at each visit. When not at Perfect Smiles Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has grown to love being outdoors, sightseeing, and traveling.

Steph is a skilled dental hygienist with close to a decade of experience. She graduated from Bristol Community College and has a diverse background in various dental practices. Known for her engaging personality, Steph has always been a favorite among her patients, who appreciate her ability to make dental visits enjoyable. In her own words, "I enjoy the Perfect Smiles team and working in such an advanced and collaborative environment." Outside of work, Steph enjoys crafting her own costumes and going to anime and gaming conventions with her fiancé, Cy. She also has a beloved chihuahua named Momo. With a passion for painting and a love for sushi, pizza, and all things Asian cuisine, Steph brings creativity and joy to both her personal and professional life. She prides herself in building a non-judgemental relationship with her patient's to collaborate with them to achieve their oral health goals.

Carolyn's passion for dental hygiene began at age 12, inspired by her own orthodontic treatment. Throughout her career, she has worked in various areas of dentistry, including public health, orthodontics, and pedodontics.
Carolyn has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years and throughly enjoys the profession because she can meet so many new people.
Prior to joining our team, she worked as a professional educator for Waterpik education other dental professionals on the number one water flosser in the world. Her experience as a Professional Educator for Waterpik has equipped her with extensive knowledge of the latest clinical research and dental technology. Carolyn values the personal interactions she has with her patients, striving to make their experiences comfortable and stress-free. In her free time, Carolyn is a dog mom to many, enjoys traveling the world with her husband Mike, is a classically trained guitarist, and has a diverse taste in food and music. When you meet Carolyn you can feel her positive fun energy and warm welcoming personality. She believes in providing care as if her patients were family, especially for those dealing with dental anxiety.

With approximately 15 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist, Dana brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice. Before earning her hygiene degree, she obtained a degree in Writing and is currently working on writing a dental book. Dana is known for her passionate and comforting personality, making it easy for her to connect with new people. Her motivation to connect with her patients stems from her personal experience with braces and a desire to educate others about oral health. Dana enjoys making patients feel comfortable, understanding their concerns, and providing personalized care. "Most people are not “excited” to come to their dental appointment … It's up to all of us to understand why and help them overcome their fears." She loves amusement parks and considers skydiving one of the best experiences of her life.

She describes herself as goal-oriented and is committed to providing honest, non-judgmental care to her patients. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, her cats, and her fur baby Axle who is a happy Golden Retriever.

Being born in western Africa in Guinea Bissau, he has been exposed to diverse cultures and speaks numerous languages. He often translates around the office for Portuguese, Spanish and Creole-speaking patients. He is known to be quiet, hard-working and disciplined. He is a student and has aspirations of becoming a dentist. In his free-time, Marco enjoys spending time with his big family (he has seven siblings), exercising, and all sports, especially soccer.
